*SHIPPING*

*All orders ship from Ontario, Canada. Please keep this in mind when waiting on an order if you are a U.S or International customer. Often orders shipping outside of Canada can take up to two weeks, but shipping times always vary.

*All orders are sent through Canada Post standard shipping. This does NOT provide tracking for your order.

*cocoa&blush is NOT responsible for any orders lost in the mailing system or held at customs in your country after they have been mailed out.

*Orders ship to the mailing address shown in your Paypal so PLEASE make sure it is up to date and accurate.

*If you choose NOT to purchase the Upgraded Shipping option to provide tracking you will NOT be granted a refund for "missing" packages.

*Tracked Shipping can be purchased in the shop (simply add our Upgraded Shipping to your order as if it were a product) Tracked shipping costs an additional $8 on top of your original shipping cost and provides a tracking number and faster delivery. (if you purchase Upgraded Shipping you will be emailed your tracking number immediately after your order goes out)

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Tracked shipping can be purchased beginning at approx $20+ CAD. If you DO NOT purchase tracked shipping for your order cocoa&blush can NOT be held liable for your order after it is mailed out. If you would like to purchase Upgraded Shipping for an International order (or check the cost to your country for a specific item) please feel free to contact cocoa&blush through the contact form listed at the top of the page. 

*REFUNDS & EXCHANGES*

*Due to the handmade nature of the items in our shop we do NOT offer any Refunds or Exchanges.

*However if you receive your order and have a problem with it please contact cocoa&blush immediately after receiving it. We take pride in our products and will do our absolute best to help with your situation.

*If you do not receive your order after it has been mailed out and you have NOT purchased Upgraded Shipping cocoa&blush will NOT refund your order.

*CUSTOM ORDERS & QUESTIONS*

*cocoa&blush does not always have time to take on custom orders but when time allows we try our best to do so! So if you are looking to have something custom made don't hesitate to ask :)

*PRESETS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS*

*PLEASE read ALL product descriptions before purchasing digital products. Compatibility is listed in product descriptions & customers are expected to make sure their programs are compatible before purchasing. 

*Due to the digital nature of these products (Presets, Actions, Overlays etc) there will be NO refunds given. It is your responsibility to research if you are unsure or unfamiliar with these products to ensure they will be usable for you. This should be completed BEFORE purchasing since all digital products are nonrefundable. If you cannot find the information you are looking for you are always welcome to contact us to make sure they will work for you first :)
